International Graduate School
The International Graduate School of terahertz.NRW offers young researchers a platform for worldwide scientific exchange, cooperation, skills development, international networking and the implementation of innovative research approaches in a global context.
The International Graduate School (IGS) is a structured qualification program for doctoral students in the terahertz.NRW network.
Regular seminars and an annual Summer School with specialist presentations by doctoral students and keynote talks by international experts from the field of terahertz research are supplemented by other soft-skill and non-specialist training opportunities.
The IGS also offers a central platform for mutual exchange and networking.
Dates & Events
Summer School
As part of the IGS, an annual summer school takes place over several days, focusing on networking and exchange between doctoral students. In addition to specialist lectures, poster sessions and workshops, participants can expect networking activities and non-specialist offers, e.g. in the area of career development.
Cooperation beyond terahertz.NRW, e.g. with external research networks or projects, is also possible during the Summer School.
